Customer data are owned by PARA Tunnel Technologie GmbH only and stored in our data base located in Limburg, Germany. We use data hosting service provider OVH (2 rue Kellermann 59100 Roubaix – France) to host the information we collect, and we use technical measures to secure your data.

To access our public website, no personal data is needed. We collect and use personal data if this collection and use is legally permitted or if you accept this data protection declaration. If we ask for your personal data, e.g. for bookings, we require this data for the further processing. If you decide not to provide us with this data we might not be able

  • to send you the desired information, or
  • to get into into contact with you.

We collect two different kinds of personal data:

This means data you fill in the online forms while making bookings of flight times or purchasing vouchers or other products. We therefore need the following information:

To complete your booking we need your personal details including your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card number. In order to process the booking, we may in some instances pass all or some of this information on to our suppliers. We entered into an agreement for the order data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
